To view all listed pet sitting / dog walking services in our database by Country select appropriate Country and click 'Search'.

To search pet sitting / dog walking services in your City or Town, enter name of City or Town and click 'Search'.

1. Our County / Region search options covers all counties / regions in the following countries:

  3. All pet sitting / dog walking services available in your selected County / Region, will be listed for your selected County as below, choose appropriate service to see all available business listings.
 
     

 Search By Business Name
 
     
1. If you have been recommend a pet sitting / dog walking service you can search by their business name. Enter full or part business name and click 'Search'.   2. If the business or similar business name exists in our database, it will be displayed as below listing available services offered by business. Selecting appropriate service required, will display the business listings. (See view of listing image)

  • Address
  • Website (If available)

* For more details about the business click 'More Info' to see location map click 'Locate Us'

By clicking the following:

  • More Info - Gives more information about the business
  • Locate Us - Displays map showing location and driving directions.
  • Website - Takes you directly to web site.
  • Send Email - Allows you to email the business
     

   
     

 Submit Listing
 
     
Please follow the next six steps:

1. To submit your business listing select appropriate Country.   2. Select services your business offers, then select 'Preview Select Entries'.
     
 
     
     
3. If the chosen listing(s) are correct click 'submit your business', otherwise click 'Go Back'. You will then have the option to re-submit your listing.

4. All fields must be completed unless marked optional. These details will appear in your business listing in the directory and they will also be used to produce your regional map and page listing. Please use upper and lower case when entering your details and do not use the following characters ( \ )( ' ) in any fields.
 
  • County / Region
  • Business Name
  • Address
  • City / Town
  • County
  • Post Code (Full Postcode)
  • Country
  • Email Address
  • Phone No (incl STD)
The following fields are optional:
 
  • NARP Register - For those that are NARP registered
  • Info Line - This will appear below your business name, you can enter a brief description (max 60 characters)
  • URL - Enter full web site address i.e. http://www.mypetsite.com
  • Banner Logo 486x60 (New Feature)
  • Description - About the service or services you offer (Max 400 characters)
Please confirm you accept the Advertising Terms and Conditions by placing a tick in the box. (Failure to accept will result in listing not being accepted)
 

5. Please ensure in STEP 4 you are happy with your listing before clicking the 'Submit Your Business' button, as any mistakes cannot be edited until the listing is published.

6. The following fields need to be completed to enable us to publish your regional map and page listings in STEP 5

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Company / Business Name
  • User / Nickname
  • Regional Map Listing
  • Regional Page Listing

7. We accept online payments through PayPal. To complete the payment process you need a credit, debit card or PayPal account. 

By clicking the 'Proceed To Checkout' button you will be taken to our payment centre  Step 6

8. To pay for your listing click 'Buy Now' button, upon clicking the button you will taken directly to PayPal secure online site. You and Cyber Space UK will receive a confirmation email that your payment has been processed. Please print and keep this email as a record of your purchase.

All listings are verified before publication. We will send you a password by email upon publication to enable you to edit your directory listing. Listings will not be published until we receive confirmation of payment.
 
 

 


 About Your Banner Logo
 

Your logo banner must be 468x60, presentable and either gif, jpg or png format.

UK Pet Sitters  doesn't accept banner logo's that don't meet the above requirements or contains: (i) pornography, (ii) explicit adult content, (iii) moral questionable content, (iv) illegal content of any kind, (v) illegal drugs promotion, (vi) racism, (vii) politics content, (viii) religious content, (ix) acts of cruelty to animals and/or (x) fraudulent suspicious content.

If your banner logo doesn't meet our requirements or has any of the above content it will be removed without notice.

 Edit Listing
 
     
1. To edit a directory listing select 'Edit Your Listing' link.    
     
     
2. You then need to enter your password, which you can find in the email we sent you confirming publication of the business listing. See below.
     
     

3. If you have deleted this email by mistake please contact us, pending verification we will send you a new password.

Do I have to register to submit a pet sitting / dog walking business listing?
 
Ans. Yes, you are required to register, registration is free.
 
I made a mistake submitting my listing and cannot edit the listing I have recently submitted why?
 
Ans. You can not edit any listing submitted until it has been published, it is important that you preview your listing prior to submitting. Only once your listing has been published will it be available for editing. We recommend your await publication.

 
I submitted my business listing, but when I click 'Edit Your Listing' I cannot see my listing why?
 
Any recently submitted business listings will be pending confirmation of payment being received. Listings are generally activated within 24 hrs. Once we have confirmed payment and published your listing you will be able to edit your listing.

 
How many pet sitting / dog walking business listings can I enter ?
 
Ans. As many as you like, although additional listings will cost £15 per region, To maximise the availability of your listing in the search option ensure you enter a city or town. Please Note: currently our system generates an individual password for each region you advertise in. However upon request we can set this password to what ever you require to make it easy for you to edit and manage all your listings. Please contact us
 
My pet sitting / dog walking business is already listed  can I submit my business listing again?
 
Ans. Yes, follow instructions for submit listing.

 
I have for gotten my password to edit my pet sitting / dog walking business listing, how can I retrieve it?
 
Ans. Please email us your User ID and Business Listing ID number, you can find this my selecting 'Edit Your Listing' link. We will then email you the password to enable you to edit your listing.
 
How much does it cost?
 
Ans. The cost of advertising on UK Pet Sitters.com is currently £15 for 12 months. (per region) This includes the directory listing, page and map listing and associated sites .
 
What payment methods do you accept?
 
Ans. We accept PayPal and online credit and debit cards payments through PayPal - Please note: You do not require a Pay Pal account.

I have requested a Listing on UK Pet Sitters.com, but my listing has not been published why?
 
Ans. If you have not complete the payment process in STEP 6  your listing will be pending payment. No listings will be published unless payment is received. Any pending listings will be deleted within 7 days
 
How do I submit my pet sitting / dog walking business under several regions?
 
Ans. You need to submit your pet sitting / dog walking business under each region separately, you can only choose one region for each listing, although you can have the option to enter any city or town.
 
How can users find my pet sitting / dog walking service?
 
Ans. Users can search by your business name if known, by entering your city/town or by selecting your county / region.
 
How do I find a dog walker in London?
 
Ans. You can search by city/town by entering London and clicking search and/or by selecting London in the searching by county/region drop down list.

 
How do I add another service to my business listing?
 
Ans. Select 'Edit Your Listing' link and you can add, edit or delete services offered.
 
I can not edit my business listing what am I do wrong?
 
Ans. 1. You are trying to edit your listing without logging in first
       2. You are entering an incorrect password, please note passwords are not the same as your registration/login password.
       3. Your listing has not yet been published. Only once your listing has been published and payment received will it be available for editing.
 
How do I find what listings I have submitted have been published or can edit?
 
Ans.  You will receive a confirmation email once your business has been listed. You can check and edit your listings that have been published only by selecting 'Edit Your Listing' link
 
When are business listings published?
 
Ans. We endeavour to publish all listings within 24 hours

How do I upload my banner logo?
 
By selecting 'Edit Your Listing' link . then adding your URL banner logo link in the logo field i.e. http://www.yoursite.com/images/mybanner.jpg Please Note: Your logo banner must be 468x60, presentable and either gif, jpg or png format. Do I need to register to search the directory?
 
Ans. No, UK Pet Sitters is a FREE online directory of dog walkers, pet, cat, dog and house sitters based in the United Kingdom

 
I cannot see my banner logo in the directory why?
